Stainless Steel: Stainless steel is selected for their wear-resisting, heat-resisting, acid-resisting and corrosion resisting characteristics. Many different grades of stainless are used in wire cloth.T304 is the most common, but other are used in specific applications to take advantage of each grade’s unique properties. The wire mesh made of stainless steel is extensively used in mining, chemical industry, food industry and pharmaceutical industry.
Our stainless steel wire mesh products are generally made of stainless steel Type 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321 and 430 etc. We produce wire cloth in all kinds of forms. The weaving is determined according to our customers’ specific requirements, such as the material, the wire diameter, the size of the mesh, width and length.

Plain Weave Wire Cloth is the most commonly used and simplest wire cloth weave. Each shute wire is woven alternately over and under the warp wires through the cloth at 90 degree angles. Warp and weft wires are normally of the same diameter. This is a very common weave that can be produced quickly and economically . Used for the majority of commercial applications and for filtration where a high flow rate is required.

Twill Weave

Twilled Weave Wire Cloth is woven by passing each shute wire alternately over and under
two warp wires. This type of weave is commercially woven in items ranging from 150-635 mesh
however it is also available in course and mid range mesh combinations.

Plain Dutch Weave

Dutch Weave Wire Cloth is woven with a larger wire diameter in the warp direction and a
relatively smaller wire in the shute direction. The weft wires are woven tightly together producing a strong cloth whilst allowing a good flow rate. This weave has great strength and is available in
wide range of micron ranges. It is primarily used to filter a wide range of liquid and slurry products.

Dutch Twill Weave
Twilled Dutch Weave Wire Cloth is similar to Plain Dutch Weave, but effectively has a double layer of weft wires woven in twill pattern. Shute wires are passed alternately over and under two warp wires forming a fine mesh. This cloth is "light tight", has a very smooth surface, is strong, but has a restricted flow rate. Also referred to as Micromesh and is used for critical filtration applications often under high pressure. So it is capable of very fine filtration.
It has
a wide range of filtration applications for gas and liquid applications.

Reverse Dutch Weave
Reverse Dutch Weave Wire Cloth is a very strong woven product. Normally woven as a plain weave, but in reverse manner to Plain Dutch Weave the weft wires are of greater diameter than the warp wires, and consequently the warp mesh count is greater than the weft mesh count. This cloth is extremely strong, is easily cleaned and has a high flow rate. Also known as robusta. This mesh is ideal for
making filter belts, and applications where fine filtration and great strength are required. This
mesh is also made in reverse twill dutch and sometimes referred to as PZ and KPZ Mesh.
